A maximum of two pets permitted per apartment (2 cats, 1 dog+1 cat, or 2 dogs)

Dogs: limit of 2 - 100lb limit (combined weight of both dogs) once fully grown.  Breed restrictions apply, please see leasing agent for details.

$30.00 per month  per pet + $300 non-refundable pet fee per apartment

Parking at Lancaster Mill

Parking at Lancaster Mill is free.  There are no limitations on the number of cars per apartment and guests are not required to register.  Other restrictions do apply, please review the lease agreement for further details.
